It is our mission to provide an enjoyable and safe environment for everyone. In order to make your visit a pleasant one, we require everyone to observe the following rules and frequently asked questions.
Please have your event ticket openly displayed on your person at all times during the No Pink Spandex Live event(s).
Prohibited Actions
The following are not permitted at No Pink Spandex Live and its surrounding perimeters, and shall remain in effect at all times while attending No Pink Spandex Live:
Violation of these policies is grounds for immediate loss of your ticket, suspension from No Pink Spandex Live and event privileges.
Photography and Videotape
Photographs and videotape footage by attendees are generally allowed in all common areas of the event for personal use. Specific rules and restrictions regarding video, audio, and photography apply to certain specific events. Please consult the program guide and/or No Pink Spandex Live website for information relating to specific restricted events.
Please obtain permission first when photographing or videotaping. If someone asks or otherwise indicates that they do not wish to be photographed, do not photograph them.
Acceptance of a No Pink Spandex Live ticket constitutes consent to be filmed or photographed by No Pink Spandex Live staff, approved industry, or media during the No Pink Spandex Live event without compensation to you. Your acceptance of a ticket and attendance at any No Pink Spandex Live event constitutes a grant of rights to No Pink Spandex to reproduce, display, distribute, perform, create derivative works from, and otherwise use any video footage or photography that it affixes in any media and in any manner throughout the world in perpetuity, including on the internet, broadcast, satellite and other transmissions.
Limitation of Liability
You voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against No Pink Spandex Live, management, facility, guests, participants, and all of their respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees on behalf of yourself. You bear all risks of inclement weather. Event date and time are subject to change.
You Are Subject to Search
You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, laser pointers, strobe lights, irritants (e.g., artificial noisemakers), bundles and containers.
License; Ejection and Cancellation; No Redemption Value
No Pink Spandex Live reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with No Pink Spandex Live rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket’s face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.
Miscellaneous
No Pink Spandex Live reserves the right to change, amend, or add to any answers, rules, regulations, or advisories pertinent to its Policies at any given time and without advance notice. These changes will be reflected on this page within 24 hours of taking effect. If you have any questions or comments regarding No Pink Spandex Live policies, please contact us.
Why are tickets $100?
This is a smaller event compared to big cons, so you get to spend quality time with our guest. You = VIP.
Is Jason David Frank really coming?
Yes, and wants to spend time with you!
I bought a ticket last year but couldn’t go. Do I have to buy a ticket again?
If you bought a ticket last year and didn’t get to go, then you can use that same ticket for this year. Just print out your confirmation email and bring it to registration.
Is the event location wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Both Stout NYC and Ripley-Grier Studios are wheelchair friendly! There are elevators that lead to our rooms.
